AC filters were filthy I had to clean them. Some dis repair that could easily be fixed. Scratched wall paint. Hole by tp holder. Mold in caulking along tub. Dirty under sink rim. Worn off paint on bathroom door. Sorry but I die Apartment maintenance and I notice things. 😟

The air in our room felt really heavy and wet. It seemed very humid. The air conditioner had some wet areas above it. The bed was a little high for me and the toilet was a little too low.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sacred Grove and the Hill Cumorah, making it an ideal spot for those interested in exploring the roots of the Mormons (Latter-day Saint) movement. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a day of historical exploration. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the breakfast experience left something to be desired. The options were quite limited, with only one waffle machine available, leading to long lines and a bit of a wait. It would be great to see an improvement in this area to match the otherwise excellent service and accommodations. Overall, if you’re visiting Palmyra for its historical significance, this hotel is a wonderful choice. Just be prepared for a modest breakfast experience.

The location for this hotel is perfect for LDS church history sites. The Temple is just around the corner and it's right in the middle of other nearby sites. Outside is very clean and staff was decently friendly. Inside carpet looks old with some stains. Our bathroom trash had not been emptied when we arrived, but it was after 1am so we waited until morning to request it be fixed. And by the time we asked, about 11am, they made it seem like it was too late for any housekeeping requests. But they did it and changed our towels also. Breakfast ends at 8am, which is kinda early for our liking. Beds are comfy enough but the pillows are kinda hard and flat. Overall it was fine enough because the location was perfect but if there was another hotel close, I might look elsewhere.
