Best VRBO ever!!!
Our stay was incredible!! The condo was gorgeous and had every amenity you could possibly want or need! Deb thought of everything from plenty of dishes to coffee to a beach umbrella and all things in between. Deb was such a fantastic host and communicated with me the entire process. We will definitely stay there again!! The location was perfect! The amenities on the property were awesome between the pools, hot tubs, the restaurant, activities, everything was there!! It truly felt like a home away from home and it was so hard leaving our last morning. Thank you Deb for an incredible place to get away from the hustle and bustle and be able to relax!!

Okay I LOVE this place!! The view is the first thing that caught my eye and I’m so glad we booked this room! The host is extremely nice and quick to respond, beds are comfy, furniture is so nice, kitchen has everything you need and more to cook if you want to and the unit is extremely clean. Breathtaking views of a beautiful beach
The first thing you notice when entering this condo is the amazing view of the beautiful ocean. The owner has thought of everything that you could possibly need from story books and boogie boards to muffin pans and spatulas. Beds are comfortable and very clean. The two reclining chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf is the perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and reading a book. The condo is located close to the pools, restaurants and beach entrance, but far enough to avoid the entertainment noise from the resort. There is karaoke for the kids, poolside movies, and dance parties. Edgewater is close to activities around the town. The only issue I had was leaving at the end our stay!

Gorgeous Beach view Condo
First of all, Debbie was very kind and communicated with us very well prior to our check-in. Her response time was great and she answered any questions we had very promptly. When we walked in, we instantly fell in love with the gorgeous view of the beach from The living room, dining room and kitchen. We literally did not want to leave our condo. We love the view so much that we decided to eat in most nights which was perfect because the kitchen had everything that we needed. The beach was an easy walk and it was nice that the condo had beach chairs and beach toys as well. The decor was very homey and our family loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!

My family and I had a great stay! We loved the condo. It is comfortable and has everything you need. It has a beautiful view of the beach/water. The beds are comfortable and has everything to cook with if you stay in for a meal. There are lots of beach chairs and an umbrella which was great to have for our beach days. The pools are amazing and the pool for tower 2 guests is heated and smaller, which was relaxing for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The condo has all that you need for a comfortable stay and is the perfect size. The living dining area is roomy and has an amazing view. We enjoyed the morning and evening views of the ocean. The condo is convenient to many restaurants and fun activities. If you need anything, Deby responds quickly. Great PCB getaway!
This condo was one of my very favorite I’ve ever stayed in and will 100% stay there again if and when we come back to PCB. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the great view the floor to ceiling windows give you! Deb was great with quick communication on any questions and/or concerns. The resort offers tons of things that make it were you don’t even have to leave. The Deb and condo also provided above and beyond everything you would need to have a great vacay down to having coffee there for ya! ❤️🌊🌴☀️

This is the BEST condo I ever rented.
Before anything I would like to emphasize how WONDERFUL this condo is. I am very hard to please and no other condo has earned my return, but this one will be the one and only for Panama City beach. The condo is clean, well furnished, comfortable couch, bunk beds, super clean towels, super clean bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need even a crockpot. Debby will even provide starters (groceries), so you don’t have to run to store before getting to condo. I was so happy to arrive with 2 tired kids and see that all we needed first hand was already there. I was blown away. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. This is THE place.

A perfect vacation!
This property was just like the pictures listed. It’s probably the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed at and we have traveled a lot. Debby was so sweet and helpful. She was fast on responding back to any questions you have. We had 3 kids with us ages 3-7, they loved the pools. There was a closet with anything you could need for a day at the beach. The resort is fun and active, every night there was something for the kids to do. The location was perfect, shopping straight across the street, Walmart and Publix just a few blocks away and restaurants just right down the road. The parking lot was secured so it made me feel safe with the kids. We loved how the pools did not close untill late so it gave us time to go eat then come back for a night swim. We will definitely be back! And I will only book with Mrs Debby!!! 🌊☀️

Cozy Condo on Sandy Shores
My friends and I rented this condo for a girls trip and it couldn’t have been better. The condo is in a great location right on the beach! The security measures made us feel safe and the owner made us feel right at home. We hope to stay there again next year!
