Un appartement au rez-de-chaussée composé d'une chambre directement sur la plage. Ce condo est niché entre Seaside et Rosemary, situé à environ 15 miles de Panama City Beach. C'est une plage familiale calme et très privée. Nous avons tout le confort de la maison et vous invitons à rester chez nous et à profiter de ce magnifique condo en bord de mer. Notre porche arrière marche tout droit sur la plage. Il y a un beau lit King size dans une chambre avec des lits superposés pour adultes ou enfants. Nous avons un canapé-lit qui dort 2 aussi. C'est un quartier très haut de gamme et axé sur la famille. C'est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille ou une escapade pour les couples. Planifiez le week-end de votre fille. Si vous aimez le vélo, amenez vos vélos ou louez-les localement. Il existe de nombreuses pistes cyclables et un environnement vélo convivial avec des racks de vélo disponibles sur la propriété. Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

Amazing beachfront condo

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. Spring Break 24

My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. The beach was perfect. Access was super convenient and got front row everyday. Condo was nice. Some beds, counters, floors still had some sand on them. I think the upstairs unit may have had an issue with plumbing as we heard the maintenance guy talking to others about an issue. You could definitely smell something in the unit the whole time. If you are there for the beach this place is tough to beat.

Great Location

Pros: - Can’t beat the location. It’s right on the beach and not very busy at all. - Very clean condo and updated - parking was super nice and within steps of our door - plenty of kitchen basics, including ice packs for our cooler for the beach - covered deck area for relaxing - beach toys/chairs - paved trail for biking/walking/running The only thing I would change is the long drive home and the water pressure in the shower. However, every condo/unit we have stayed at in the past has had just okay water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back next year!

Amazing View!!

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo and location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cute condo!! The location was absolutely stunning! The location of the condos A++! A perfect spot inbw Seaside and Rosemary. We dined in Seaside one night and Rosemary the other night. I can’t get over how perfect this view is from the back patio! Definitely would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation! Great beach stay

Sea mist is the perfect condo on the perfect beach. The view from the back deck is gorgeous. The beach was not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.
