Good location, listing is not 4BR/4Ba; 3 full and 2 half; 4 beds, 2 twins; no garbage disposal, too many light switches and you do not know which one works what; one bed with no mattress pad on it, and the mattress was horribly stained! Two dining room chairs need to be replaced! Cookware can be updated; a time that the trash gets picked up could be listed as well website just states Tuesdays and Fridays

Great location but disappointed

Great location! You can’t beat it.Poor response to problems in the house; like back door had no handles, ac leak, dishwasher broken.Also had a lack of kitchen supplies, we went out and bought knives and forks.

Right on the beach

This worked out perfectly for us since it was right on the beach. There were a couple of people in our group with mobility issues and we could hang out on the deck to enjoy the ocean while those who were able could go right out to the beach. If we had taken advantage of the full capacity of the home with extended family as we had initially planned, privacy would have been an issue as there are 4 rooms that can each sleep 2 and the other sleeping spots are all in the living/family rooms. But worked out great for us and we were very pleased.

Panama City Beach - quiet getaway on the beach

Great place for large groups as it has separate sleeping quarters; several bedrooms on the 3rd level one with a king sized bed and bedroom with king sized bed and bunkbeds downstairs. Deck off the lower level with access to the beach just steps away. and a deck off the 2nd floor where there is a dinning room, kitchen and bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and they have a dishwasher. Neighbors are great and very helpful.

Family thanksgiving vacation

Overall it was a very nice stay everyone had a wonderful time and plenty of room. Some things in the house need to be updated and the downstairs needs the trees trimmed up because you really couldn’t use the covered patio downstairs and there needs stairs access from the second floor not where people sleep.

Beautiful View and perfect location

The Townhouse was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to give 5 stars all around the only issue we had was cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, one bed and one of the bathrooms. We just washed all the dishes before using and cleaned the cabinets before putting the dishes back in the cabinets. Other than those nasty creatures everything else was perfect!

Perfect location for Ironman PCB

My husband and I booked the townhouse for his first ever Ironman. Loved the location… on the beach and toward the end of the bike route so it was ideal! More than enough space. Easy access to beach and the property management company was very prompt and responsive. Parking is pretty tight. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay and he completed the Ironman in his goal time so it was a successful visit!

This was a great place to stay with my family and friends. We had a total of 10 people staying. Plenty of space for all of us. Having two living spaces really was great. The kids used the downstairs living area and the adults used the upstairs one. It was great stay somewhere so close to the beach. Just a few footsteps away. We plan on coming back next year.

Had issue with ice maker, microwave & freezer. Also due to a space below the bottom floor door had issue with palmetto roaches. Air Conditioning was remotely controlled. Often uncomfortable during the nite & even though could turn air to be cooler, the thermostat immediately went back up. Also, VRBO charges added another 25%+ to the total cost. High VRBO charges just might ruin the market!

We had a great time here with 3 generations of family. Can’t beat the views and easy beach access. Interior was updated and had all we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend!

Ocean Views!

Great ocean views. The house was clean, had plenty of towels and lots of room. It was nice that there was hand soap by the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The parking spot is tight for two cars. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

Fall Family Vacation

The property was located in a great area. We had 9 people and it had more than enough space for us all. My only issue was the stove only had 3 working burners and the kitchen was not stocked very well with things to cook with. Other than that, it was beautiful, location was perfect and size was great! We would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation! Beach was amazing!

This property was very nice inside with beautiful beachside outdoor space…right on the beach! The beach was not crowded. Lowest level with a separate additional master and master bath and additional living room with half bath and bunks. This was very nice for our group. This unit has 4 bedrooms (2 masters) and 3 full baths and 2 half baths. It also has nice bunks and pullout couch if needed. Spacious kitchen and living room and dining area mid level. Huge mater and master bath on upper level with 2 additional bedrooms. Nice furniture and decor throughout. Only “complaint” would be they need additional pots and pans and silverware. Road side of condo doesn’t look that great but interior and decks and beach more then make up for it and are awesome! Who really spends time out front anyway! Would definitely go back to this condo!

Black Mold- Kitchen Lacking Basic Items

Upon entering this rental you are hit with a smell that is overwhelming. It took us a few days to nail down the smell but finally figured out it is mold, black mold. It's completely covering the ceiling vents in the basement. I've got several photos, but I don't see a way to upload them here. I sent the photos to the rental company and they did not even respond. My brother in law was sleeping down there and after several days he was having so much difficulty breathing he had to go to urgent care for a steroid shot to open up his airway. These are completely unacceptable conditions for a luxury rental property. In addition, the place is advertised as sleeping 14 and with two parking spaces. This place has one parking space per unit and three (total) additional parallel spots at the top that you will fight for with the other nine units. When I texted the rental company to ask where the second parking spot was located I got no response. The kitchen stove labels have all worn off. You are guessing which burner you are using and how high the heat is when you turn it on. There were no kitchen towels or dish towels. There were 8 total spoons and 10-12 forks, no wine glasses, no salad bowls. There was a blender, but no top to it making it useless. The can opener didn't work. No ice cream scoop or pizza cutter. The upstairs bedrooms had carpet that was badly stained. The only good thing I can say about this unit is the view is spectacular. Rent at your own risk.

Family Vacay Aug 2023

The townhome was perfect for our family vacation of 13 people. Age range from 3 to 65. Perfect for beach front access and great rental rate price. Convenient to Winn Dixie across the street. Parking is limited onsite, recommend car pooling, but there is a parking garage not far. Close to many local restaurants, good food. Overall, plan to rent again in future!!

Just right

Pretty happy with everything. Could use a crockpot but definitely wasn’t a big deal. Some of our group said it wasn’t very cool on the top floor. I stayed on the bottom floor and was comfortable. The second floor felt comfortable to me also. Would definitely stay here again.
