Let's begin with the bedding arrangements: King, Twin Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa! This unit is located on the 22nd floor with gorgeous views from the balcony! The unit has been newly painted along with new decor!

Beach supplies that we provide our guests:
We provide beach bags, beach mats, beach umbrella, sand castle toys, floats, and more.
The condo is also well-stocked with supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing soap, detergent, garbage bags.

The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware sets and utensils.

Our very clean and refreshing Majestic Beach Resort 1 bedroom + 1 bunk room, 2 bath gulf-front condo in Tower 1 is beautifully furnished and decorated. The condo has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/Shower combo. It also has a king size bed and a 32 inch flat screen television. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds, and a bathroom attached to it. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 43 inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system. The unit has its own balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar-white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 22nd floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.

Washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

Majestic Resort Amenities:
Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one for each tower), kiddie pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill (H2O). It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Majestic has a movie theater, fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge) and tennis court. Winter Getaway
The condo was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for any cooking we wanted to do and a great location to many shops, restaurants and other amenities. We also were happy with the gym the Majestic provided. The view of the Gulf was absolutely beautiful and we were treated one morning to a dolphin show from the balcony. We would absolutely love to stay in this condo again on our next visit to PCB.

Short Getaway
We came into town over Thanksgiving to check out the local scenery. We were able to easily find and check into the property with no issues. The kids loved being able to watch the sea life in the water below, and enjoyed the indoor pool. Property manager was helpful and resolved the minor issues we had quickly.

I can genuinely say I do not have 1 complaint about this place!! Allie and Lance were absolutely amazing, communicative, and so kind with us with everything! The place was very clean, had extra supplies such as laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, PLENTY of towels as we are a family of five that made a huge difference compared to other places we’ve stayed. Beautiful view from the balcony!! beds were comfortable, showers were hot, just all around a perfect stay!!

Fall Getaway
First time stay at the Majestic Beach Resort. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and had a great time. We had one issue with the front door lock in which the owner responded quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the quick responses and felt that the owner cared about our stay and satisfaction. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area.

We came down last week as a single mom traveling with 3 kids safety was important to me and I felt completely safe there! The condo has everything you need an is so spacious and beautiful. The H2O bar and grill was also wonderful. The longest wait was for elevators but they moved quickly so you wasn’t waiting that long. Will stay again!

2024 Beach trip
Property was beautiful, nice and clean. I loved all the stuff for cooking and even bowls with lids to store your leftovers. Beach view from the 22 floor was absolutely great. Beach chairs and some floats are available in the condo. Parking was a breeze, plenty of spots open for choosing. Elevator was fast, a little congested at check in time but other than that we never waited long( down side is no air in elevators). I did use the gym while I was there, be sure to ask for the gym pass before you check in from your host. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

This listing is a bit misleading. There are not two bedrooms. The bunk room has no door and is basically a little cubby. The pictures must be a little outdated because there is no kitchen table or chest of drawers in the front room. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows were like a piece of paper. You could barely ever go onto the balcony without the smell of weed permeating the air and drifting into the condo. I know that's not the fault of the host and I honestly don't care what others do on their own time but it really was constant. We were under the impression that we would have access to the gym but sadly, you are charged an extra $30 per person to use it. Not one person asked us for the armbands all week so we were unnecessarily stressed about losing them for fear of a $30 charge per bracelet as well. There were 3 double red flag days while we were there so we couldn't get in the ocean for half of the vacation but we made the best of it by taking excursions to St. Andrews Park etc. The pool is nice and the view from the balcony is good. The location is obviously right on the beach and we didn't have too much trouble from teens on spring break or anyone being too loud around us. Overall, it was a decent stay but we have definitely stayed in better beach condos in other cities. We were not very impressed with the Majestic but maybe it just wasn't our style.

Excellent stay
This was a beautiful hassle free place to stay. Check in was the easiest we've ever had. Stunning view with lots of morning dolphins and wildlife. We were concerned about having such a high floor as we've run into extensive elevator delays in the past at different locations. This was NOT a problem! Fastest elevators yet. Lots of friendly security. Only one minor item which didn’t detract from our enjoyment (due to the ages of our kids) was the small selection of sand toys (2 buckets and a watering can, no shovels) and only 2 beach chairs with no blanket (but the chairs were excellent and there was a mat/lounge cushion). We used the kitchen for all but one meal, and it was perfect for our needs. Overall definitely worth the money! We had such a wonderful time here!

This was my first time ever using vrbo. I asked several questions and every time Lance or Vanessa replied back with an answer within the hour. Great communication. The room was beautiful. Loved the view from the 22nd floor. Will definitely be booking this room again. We also loved the location. We were able to walk to many of the places we ate at and shopped at.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this unit (3/23-3/29/24). We were contacted the day of via text and a phone call to review the check in procedures. Note: the VRBO app and check in email say you need a parking pass, but you don't. The unit was very clean and comfortable. All of the towels, linens, and kitchen supplies you would ever need were provided. This unit would best suit a family of 4, but it was also fine for my family of 5. My youngest slept on the pull-out couch and said it was comfortable. At meal times, there are only 4 stools, so my husband just stood. It wasn't a big deal. Having two bathrooms in the unit was awesome. The location on the 22nd floor was great for views. We saw dolphins nearby on 3 of the mornings we were there, between 7:15 am and 7:45 am. They were right out front of our balcony, pretty close to shore. Probably the only downside to the unit is that the king bed is very soft and everyone slides to the middle. It was kind of comical, but not a huge deal to me. We made use of the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. The Majestic Resort itself was really nice. The indoor pool was large and plenty warm. You have to pay to rent any chairs on the beach, though, so having included beach chairs in our unit was really helpful. The movie theater was great. The security personnel were quite strict, though, so anyone throwing a ball in a pool or hanging a towel over a railing was whistled at and stopped. Watch the flags for swim safety.

Wonderful & Clean Condo at PCB
We stayed here during my daughter’s spring break. Allie was very friendly and quickly answered all my questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for the beach. The resort itself had multiple pools, hot tubs, fitness room, restaurant/bar, & Starbucks which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highlight of the week was watching a pod of dolphins from the 22nd floor - great view!
