I went there in May 2024 and everything was much better: condition of the premises, service, etc. We had a problem with the hot water and we didn't have a coffee maker. On the other hand, room service quickly rectified the coffee maker; it took longer for hot water (30 minutes). This hotel needs a facelift!! On the other hand, the restaurant where we have the included breakfast is truly sensational and you can see the swimming pool above the statue (a big head - see picture)!! But for the price paid this time, the quality was not there. Also, a negative point, you have no real parking space... they park your car at the same place than the shopping center. It's a bit risky as the car is not in a supervised area.

Very out dated rooms and you can see the lack of maintenance over the years, elevators systems are a disaster, average service in general, beside location there is nothing else positive to mention about this hotel. Not value for money at all.

Rooms were dated and can use some refreshing. Ocean view was not so apparent based on poor orientation of furniture in room. Closet/tv system in room are intrusive and makes room feel heavy Restaurant downstairs and breakfast were the highlights of the stay
