Hotel is very outdated. The breakfast is your typical continental. I had to be switched twice to a different room due to room issues, however, front desk staff was very accommodating.

Very nice Hotel we been there twice standard and suite room and they sooo comfortable, breakfast was the best had everything… close to the mall next to the hotel and dining options can be at the Golden Tower Food mall… I’ll come back again

The wifi was excellent, daily room service was great towels has a few stains but when requested new ones service was very fast. Very convient location as everything is in the megapolis mall across the street, restaurant downstairs the hotel and one around the back which has 7 different food menus to chooses from. Staff was great no complaints. Easy to get a taxi service highly recommend Luis from events plus. 👌 I experienced an ocean view room on the 29th floor and it was very great view both day and night was blown away. Made my first time in panama enjoyable.
