Everything was clean and tidy , the room was comfortable , the king bed and pillows were tolerable. The breakfast was warm to hot and delicious with plenty of everything , there was easy access to close by restaurants of all types and flavors. The only problem was I didn’t read everything before I made the reservation and Expedia doesn’t list land view on all rooms not facing the ocean so make sure you choose balcony view or oceanfront if that’s what you prefer . We were able to switch from a land view room to ocean side balcony for $40 per night which is about $20 more than it would have been if I had chosen balcony to begin with . The other thing is there is a $20 charge for parking per night but it’s a covered walk from the motel to the parking garage . Overall $112 per night increased to $172 per night (off-season) .

Amazing sunset! The only constructive criticism front desk staff should be more sympathetic when a guest is explaining a concern they have about a health condition. Nan did not show any concern about the situation, she didn’t even attempt to help they were too busy.

Hotel location was orime. But everything else was mediocre at best. Room wasnt ready at the promised checkin timw of 4. I arrived an hour late and stil the room wasnt ready. Was alloted a different room on a different floor. Room was not as spacious as other hampton inn hotel i stayed at in the past. Also, the furniture in the room looked dated and old. The facility is screaming for a refresh.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the parking garage is convenient. The parking is $20 a day, so it’s expensive, but it’s worth it. Location is perfect— it’s beachfront and and really close to the pier park. I did get the impression that the lady cleaning up the breakfast area was a little racist :/ she’s only friendly and greeting the white patrons. Maybe it’s an unconscious bias and not that intentional. Breakfast was good! We really appreciated the warm food and that it’s not exactly the same, day after day. The western omelettes were yummy and you can make your own waffles. I like that chicken sausage was an option one of the mornings.

Amazing customer service. We were helped by Courtney, at the front desk, she was super friendly. We asked her for a different room, since the one we were had just a little window. Courtney promptly assisted us. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and everything fresh. We will definitely return.
