Te stay was fine up until I had 2 seperate booking due to a mistake on my end and the manager unprofessionally tried to tell me she’s not doing 1 nighters because she has a big group coming in but mind you we have been there since Sunday 2/23 and staying until 3/2 on a Sunday well I accidentally booked Sunday to Thursday instead of Sunday to Friday then Friday to Sunday and she was bascially trying to kick us out then profoundly asked me “was I trying to find a place to live” which I was here on vacation which I do about every few months and stay here and NEVER had a problem until now. I said no I was vacationing then she begins to ask where I’m coming from which again nothing to do with her. Paying for my resort fees she asks me what kind of card I’m using because it dosent have my name on it which it shouldn’t matter I have the money to pay you it was the same card I used when I checked in. Then they said they needed to check our room in the middle of our stay which is not how it’s done she comes in checks the room and wants to take our trash but never gave us towel rags toilet paper or another bag for the trash can. Then go to check out because of how rudely we were treated she begins to tell me she’s keeping my deposit because she found cigarette butts in my trashcan that I PICKED up off the balcony when we came there because I didn’t want my daughter putting it in her mouth

Very large bedroom and kitchen/living room area. Plenty of space for my husband who uses an electric scooter. It was great having a full kitchen for meals. Loved the balcony facing the beach and Gulf. We watched the amazing sunsets from our balcony. All the staff, especially Belen and Nikki, were so friendly and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. An added perk was our Doxie was able to stay there too. Will be staying there again when we visit Panama City Beach.

Needs Lots of work & cleaning

Upon checking in to the motel, I was given a room on the 5th floor. The elevator was questionable, and when asked for the inspection certificate, one could not be produced. The 2 TVs in the room did not work, and the padlock on the door was missing. My dog was even scared to death. I ended up checking our 20 mins after checking in. I was told i would get a full refund, but 1 week later i have not.

Great place

The lady at front desk was awesome/ friendly. And actually remembered why I was visiting and ask me about how was my visit with my new granddaughter when I was checking out. U don’t get that from hotel staff ever. Only complaint was the ppl next door was on balcony smoking marjuina, could smell it the whole time. The best thing of all, I didn’t see one bug 😊

Older place that they are actively renovating at the moment. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Nice pool area. Didn’t read everything and was shocked to find that their pet fee is $50 per pet per night!

Our riom was not ready, it had nothing that was stayed on line,dirty. The only good thing was the view from the room on the 6th floor. Do not recommend thos place.

It was great.The view was fantastic. All rooms had great views.Pet friendly and didnt try to rob you on pet fee.Very reasonable. Even had pet treats.Great gift shop accross the street.All employees went out of their way for you.Going to return real soon..Off season rates great.

Proximity to the beach/water is great! Bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly! Beyond that, yikes. I read the reviews before going and they are accurate. The building needs a LOT of work. Lots of patchwork on all of the walls. One out of 2 elevators working. The floor is constantly wet & cold in the room even after having the heat on all night the floor was still wet & cold in the morning, make sure you bring slippers or flip flops. Dishes in kitchen were odds & ends (thankfully prewarned from reviews so we made dinner plans around that). Like 2 butter knives and tongs in one of the drawers for example, lol. Dog poop all over the edge of the hotel pathway to the beach. The beds are listed as queens, however, they are more likely full size (we have a queen at home, so we're familiar). We had to slam the room door before it would close every time. Thankfully we had a OneKey credit when we booked, this hotel would have never been worth full price.
