Attention to details would put his place over the top with 5 stars. Entry way and elevator rugs were dirty and in need of vacuuming! Staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and wandering the parking lot of the hotel all hours of the day and night! In need of security for theses reasons. Would stay again, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy! Definitely a good place to stay!
Be sure to get prepaid breakfast tickets at chk in
Lovely place- great view. We did have a little trouble in the morning with our prepaid breakfast! I had to do some research to prove to the front desk that it was to have been included. The necessary tickets were not given to us when we checked in.
The courteousness and helpfulness of staff was extraordinary. It’s rare to see people go above and beyond what their job is.
I would go back here again just for that.
