You get more than you expect from a hotel priced like this one. It’s centrally located, surrounded by restaurants, a short Uber ride to excellent shopping centres. The restaurant is basic and makes tasty locally inspired food. The hotel is impeccably clean, there’s free wifi, the bed was perfect for me (firm yet comfy), the staff friendly and efficient. What would improve it? A fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the rooms, and a pool to cool off from the amazing heat. But the air con works and if you want more you should probably move up a class of hotel. I really enjoyed my stay as did the 7 other people I brought from Canada.

Staff were good and polite. Very straightforward check in and check out processes. 24 hour reception and easy to pop in and out of hotel at all time. The room decorations looked a bit dated but everything was well maintained. It was very spacious, with good bed, air conditioning and shower. The location was good, with some restaurants nearby. Transport was good with Iglesia del Carmen metro station and metrobuses nearby.
