The front desk staff were nice and helpful for the most part. The buffet breakfast waa Great there were more than plenty of options!! However on Sunday there was an issue with All the credit card machines on the property. Their system was down. A gentleman from the pool bar was annoyed before I didn’t have cash. But the system being down was a MY problem!! Also I would suggest getting a liso for the rooms that displays all the channels for the television. I had to keep scrolling and still wasn’t able to figure it out..Lastly, the chicken wings were not Good. The recipe needs to be reviewed.

Wonderful hotel with every amenity you could ask for. Restaurants and bars were well staffed and clean. Overall facility could use a refresh. Room was immaculate and stayed that way for our entire stay. Housekeeping manager introduced herself while we were on elevator together and inquired about our room and its cleanliness. WiFi worked flawlessly. View of parking garage in the pool area is disappointing as it appears dirty and obtrusive. Perfect place for a mural or at least have it painted since that is all you can see from the pool area. Immediate area surrounding the hotel has limited options for eating and entertainment. Nothing negative enough to prevent staying there again.
