The hotel is nicely located in a centralized area , however, the buffet was unsatisfactory, being charged $20 at 9am and hardly any food available was not cool. Room was comfortable, way better than staying in someone’s household but I did expect the room to be a bit more updated . Overall, I’d stay again if it’s a quick trip .

The hotel is relatively new and offers a great view of the city. There were no towels in the room upon check in and even though i called they brought just two and then and I asked them face towels and they brought just one for 2 people to use. The reception was located on the fifth floor and it was difficult to find with no clear signage. Also it was difficult to use the phone in the room with no instructions on how to call front desk.

Decent hotel Good location Breakfast was meh a lot of stale food. it was difficult to communicate with the staff since they didn’t know basic English. I asked for tea and not many knew what I was referring to so I used my translator on my phone .

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, very central and convenient for getting around the city. The staff was truly exceptional; they offered me an early check-in without any issues and attended to me with great kindness throughout my stay. Additionally, the place was very clean, which is always a plus. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the view of the city was impressive, adding to the overall experience. However, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. The facilities could benefit from some renovations to enhance the overall experience. Despite this, the cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff largely compensate for the lack of modernization. Overall, it's a good place to stay, especially if you value service, comfort, and location.

We had a stopover in Panama I we often drive past this hotel during our visits so this time we decided to stay. Everything was at it should be, little confusing with reception not being there as you walk in but a few levels above but all in all we had a great stay here, bed was super comfortable!
