This whole property should be condemned. There were multiple ceiling tiles covered in mold, holes in the walls, pieces of the floor missing, broken elevator, a sofa bed that was caved in the middle, one working outlet, and bugs. It was disgusting!

I loved how close to everything SeaHaven was!! The staff was extremely helpful and resourceful!! One of the 3 nights we were there, a lot of people who weren't guests were parked in the parking lot and the young gentlemen who was working the desk that night took care of the issue as well as got us some extra towels for the kids. There are a few simple things i think can be improved. Like better chalking in the bathroom/ sink area. Replacing ALL of the Hair dryers (ours sparked when we tried to use it) Thankfully I brought our own. Also, all of the wall plugs NEED TO BE REPLACED & wires checked. Out of the 5 that were in the room. Only 3 worked. And the AC unit needs a deep cleaning. My son (2) accidentally turned it from AC to Heat and it immediately smelt like something was burning and set the fire alarm off. Thankfully nothing was on fire (and he got in trouble) and we turned it off quickly. All in all it was good. Just need maintenance kept up!

Not so good.
Very small. Only 1 flimsy chair on balcony. Very thin walls. Had to listen to a couple fight all night long. Cream colored couch was extremely dirty. Pot smoke travelled from other balconies to ours. Hotel was very old! Water did not work outside on the sand rinse showers. Water didn't always work in the room either! Sometimes toilet would not flush. I will never stay there again.

booking online was mis leading however the staff made adjustments so we got the room we paid for... only 1 remote ( had 2 tvs ) no useable drawers ( in bathroom or in bedroom ) curtain to outside ( beach ) was broken & i did ask someone to come fix it ( never came ) the bed in the living room was broken ( slept terrible ) BUT for the money it was good !!! we will stay here again ( just on a higher floor )

Room quality did not match pictures on Expedia. Room was dirty, furniture was soiled. Gaps in external doors. Beds were poor quality metal frame beds-more like a hide-a-bed than primary beds. We ended up conceding this non-refundable room and found a room at the Hyatt.

There was an alarm of some type going off all night long across the hall from my room. I went the next morning to ask to be moved to another room and they wanted to completely change the room type I had booked. I ended up cutting my vacation short and going back home. The manager needs some training in customer service, or she might want to go into a different line of work. There was also an electrical issue in the room that could be a potential fire hazard was another reason I wanted to change rooms.

The views and the pool are fantastic, and surprisingly the rooms are amazingly quiet. Unfortunately getting service in your room, when you are in a four day stay, is impossible, apparently. We asked the front desk at 0900, two days in a row. To please provide towels linens and trash service. The hotel request that you ask for this before ten am to get this. They even wrote this down, and somehow it is never done. The crappy ice machine is dumb. You have to PAY for ten pounds of ice, and manage to keep it in an eight inch freezer space. Not happening. The parking lot sucks, that all I have to say
