The apartment is located in the Paradise Gardens IV residence, winner in 2007 of the Bentley prize for the best tourist residence in Cyprus. It is located in Kato Paphos, the seaside district of the city of Paphos, European capital of culture in 2017.
The residence is small, with 2 luxury swimming pools, extremely quiet, in a magnificent natural setting: it's a little paradise ... It is located 15 minutes walk from the sea, the beach, the port and the center of the tourist area which is on the seafront. If you do not want to walk to the port, in the tourist area, you can take the bus (passages every 1/2 hours at 20 and 50): the stop is at the entrance of the residence: a car is therefore not essential. The apartment has an area of 55m² with a large terrace, overlooking the exotic garden and one of the swimming pools. It is not overlooked. It is air conditioned, reversible in winter for heating. It is very comfortable, equipped with washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceiling fans, music base ... It has a bedroom which opens onto the large terrace. It can accommodate 4 people. All linen is provided, and the washing of linen and the cleaning of the apartment are included in the rental price: so you can enjoy your stay until the last moment.
Arrival and departure times are subject to change, depending on occupancy before and after the rental. You must then contact us to discuss it.
The town of Kato Paphos is by the sea, very close to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, which is home to some very beautiful beaches. Many archaeological and tourist sites are very close to our home: the site of the Mosaics, on the port, and that of the Tombs of the Kings, at the exit of Kato Paphos, are classified as World Heritage of Humanity.
A short distance from Kato Paphos, you can spend a romantic moment at the Rock of Aphrodite (Petra tou Romiou), birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite ... and you can bathe in crystal clear water.
An hour's drive away is the Trodoos, where you can discover 10 Byzantine churches also classified as World Heritage Sites, and for nature lovers, take the magnificent mountain paths on foot ... or by mountain bike. .
Half an hour's drive from Kato Paphos is the small and picturesque town of Polis, and its marina at Latsi, where you can taste fabulous fish mezes ... and visit the botanical garden of the Baths of Aphrodite .
In Kato Paphos, you can indulge in the joys of the sea: swimming, of course, in water that in midsummer happily exceeds 30 °, water skiing, sailing, boat trips, diving ... In the evening, what more nice to go eat in one of the many taverns that will serve you the famous Cypriot cuisine, and then stroll on the seafront or the port. The cost of living in Cyprus, much lower than that of Western Europe, makes it possible to take full advantage of all the leisure possibilities.
The rental price varies depending on the period. If you have a vehicle (rental at very moderate prices), you can park in the residence. Two small shops (one of which offers excellent fruit and vegetables) and a restaurant are located at the entrance of the residence, as well as a bus stop to go to the port and an ATM. You can also shop at a supermarket near the bus station at the port, and at the Cypriot market every morning in Paphos.
Before your departure for Cyprus, we will provide you with information on tours, taverns, monuments, small surrounding villages ... and of course the beaches! We hope that like us, you will be seduced by the sweetness of life of the island of Aphrodite ...
THE PROXIMITY OF THE ISLAND WITH THE MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT AREAS MAY BE CONCERNED. BUT THERE IS NO IMMIGRATION PROBLEM AS KNOWN IN OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES SINCE 2015 BECAUSE, AS A MEMBER OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, CYPRUS IS NOT A PART OF THE SCHENGEN AREA. . AND THEREFORE HAS NO INTEREST FOR MIGRANTS.

Lovely little apartment
The apartment was clean, well maintained and there was everything we needed to make our stay complete. The location was great, slightly further out than we were lead to believe, but we had a car so that wasn't too much of an issue. Location was very quite and the small complex was very clean and up together. Altogether we had a great stay and would have no hesitation in going back. Highly recommended. Only issues....no television and the shower was weak...needed a power shower, but that was no big problem.

Overall very good. Couple of small recommendations to improve the experience. Only 1 toilet roll meant to last a week. 2 would have been enough. Maybe a TV in the event you stay in. I had taken my tablet and we were able to watch a film. But a TV would have improved it. Excellent WiFi Pool area very nice.

After having some reservations which we took up with the owner, we were pleasantly surprised how lovely and peaceful the complex was. The apartment was ideal. The only thing we would have liked was a tv, but we knew when we booked it that there wasn't one

We’ll sited, good cooking area, nice morning balcony. Appreciate car parking. Not a good February choice for us as not comfortable when balcony doors closed - and nights were pretty cold.

All amenities, well located, very happy
Good little apartment, close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Plenty of white goods all in good nick. Twin beds and no TV not an issue for us at all. Very friendly community in PG4. Mini markets super close. Pambis restaurant is also nearby. Pools are lovely and garden areas well maintained. Already looking for flights to return.

Great apartment with two pools
Well equipped, clean apartment overlooking pretty garden and very close to pool. Nearby are two mini markets and a taverna. A walk to Paphos harbour, which takes 15 to 20 minutes. Would recommend a car to get around the island.

Nice quiet apartment
All told very nice, a good pool, nice balcony and very quiet whilst we were there. I would like to have been closer to the sea for swimming - it was about a 20 minute walk. However the buses are great and you should make use of them

Perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It is very spacious with plenty of room plus a large private balcony which is not overlooked. The bedroom was very comfortable and this also leads out to the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed from oven, toaster, microwave etc, and every utensil you could think of! It is roughly a 20 minute stroll down to the harbour area, although there is 2 shops and a restaurant/bar at the end of the road. Bruno the owner very responsive and helpful regarding anything we needed in the apartment, and also any information we needed regarding the local area. Thanks Bruno! Definitely recommend.

Apartment 103 is stunning. Comfortable and equipped with everything one wants to have a lovely stay. The large veranda over looks Paradise Gardens, stunning! A few steps from the apartment is the beautiful pool. Clean and with warm water. A very short walk takes you to two mini markets, both well stocked. Next to these is a wonderful Taverna. Staff made us very welcome, food was fantastic. I would recommend Paradise Gardens to everyone looking for the perfect holiday. Margaret Booth

A nice apartment and an excellent base for Paphos and beyond.
Neither the approach road nor the apartment block is greatly attractive. However, the premises are tidy and well kept and the apartment itself is very nice. It is well laid out, with a bright, south-facing living area, which leads through large glass sliding doors onto a patio with a lovely view into the greenery beyond. There is a well-designed kitchen area, which is very well equipped. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and bath, with fitted shower: all in good condition. The bedroom is comfortable with full-length windows also opening onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in the lounge, bedroom and patio, and air-conditioning units in the living area and the bedroom. The pool is visible from the patio and is only moments walk from the foot of the stairs leading to the apartments. It is a good size and well maintained. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket about 250m from the apartment. The beach and harbour area, with restaurants, shops, etc, are well within walking distance. We were in touch with the local contact for advice on a couple of occasions, and he was very helpful. The owner was also helpful, providing information about the area, as well as about the apartment. A good base for exploring Paphos - and beyond.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Pool ist windgeschütz, groß und sauber. Wir waren hier mit nur wenigen anderen, die man kaum bemerkte. In der Küche kann man super kochen, backen, ein sehr großer Kühlschrank und ein großes Eisfach ist vorhanden. Zwei Supermärkte und eine Busstation 10 m weit entfernt. Wir hatten uns bei ABC Cityräder gemietet und waren damit bestens präpariert, die lange und wunderschöne Promenade bis zu Kings of tombs zu erkunden. Auch waren wir mit den Rädern in der Altstadt. Alles kein Problem. Auto braucht man nicht. Avakas ging gut mit dem Bus. Die Kommunikation mit Bruno ist einfach nur perfekt!!! Vielen Dank auch an Constantinous, der uns nachts zuverlässig vom Flughafen abgeholt hat und uns heute wieder hin bringt. Wir sind sehr erholt von all diesen Komfort!!!
