A casa é excelente: ampla, arejada, bem equipada, limpa, organizada e com uma localização perfeita. A praia em frente é tranquila, a vista da casa, especialmente do primeiro andar, é incrível e tem tudo perto. A anfitriã sempre disponível e atenciosa e a senhora que ela indiciou para auxiliar na cozinha muito prestativa, proativa, discreta e com um tempero de se comer rezando. A casa é bem localizada, de frente para a praia, bem ampla, a piscina e churrasqueira são muito boas. O anfitrião é super atencioso, sempre respondeu de pronto a tudo. Uma sugestão é que sejam colocadas mais camas de casal (tem 2 camas e um colchão de casal), já que dependendo da quantidade de casais, dormir em beliche pode ser complicado. E seria legal constar no site que a energia é paga a parte. No mais... estadia super legal!!

Casa linda, espaçosa, arejada e bem localizada. Possui todos os utensílios e condições para uma excelente estadia. Praia na frente é calma ideal para crianças e toda família, tem várias barracas próximas mas também dá para curtir sem as barracas. Anfitrião super atencioso. Recomendo muito! Obs. Levem repelente!

Imóvel apresentou problemas de manutenção.
Durante o período de permanência no imóvel houve falta de água por motivo de queima do motor elétrico e, após o conserto do motor, a tubulação hidráulica ficou entupida, o que prolongou mais ainda o problema e revelou a falta de manutenção (limpeza da caixa d'água). Por esse motivo tive que dispender de muito tempo para tentar corrigir o que estava ao meu alcance, inclusive o conserto da parte elétrica do motor tive que fazer, e que resultou também em cancelamentos/atrasos de passeios, por motivo de espera de profissionais para os concertos. Outro ponto a opinar é com relação à manutenção dos colchões e travesseiros, que carecem de substituição de alguns deles. A segurança é vulnerável em razão de a porta da entrada principal só ser trancada pelo lado externo. O mesmo fator ocorre com o quarto térreo que externamente não tranca, o que facilita o acesso à casa sem qualquer dificuldade por qualquer pessoa que queira adentrar, e que também não protege pertences dos hóspedes.
