Great stay for family!

We were very nervous about the property but it was great for our family trip. We stayed 8 nights. The communication with the property manager was very good. They also suggested options to park our van. The place is bigger than the photos can tell. The room upstairs is perfect. It gave us privacy from our in laws who stayed in the main level. We had clean towels and the beds were very comfy. The bakery in front of the street offers the perfect option for sweets and salty cravings. The kitchen has everything you need. If we go back to Paris, we will definitely consider this place again. Overall, it was very convenient, close to the metro station.

Great Stay in Wonderful Location

Stayed here for a week with the family. The location of this property is great! There is easy access to subway lines and there are several great cafes around. Being within walking distance of Pere Lachaise Cemetery was an unexpected surprise (definitely take a stroll). Having the garden in the back gave a peaceful feel in an otherwise busy area. The beds were comfortable. We did hit a few hiccups. There were only 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. We had to go and buy more which I was surprised at. The electric switch downstairs was a touchy (a known issue) and the wall lights in the bedroom upstairs were not securely fastened to the wall. The host was communicative however, these and a few other frustrations would have been so simple to fix/maintain ahead of time.All in all, this was a nice place to stay for us and we were happy with the accommodations.

Perfect First Time Stay in Paris

My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Great experience and will stay here again when in Paris.

Ideal location

We used this lovely property as a base for our trip to Paris. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and could have held more. Loved the convenience to the subway which made exploration around the city simple! Would come back without hesitation.

Great Apartment

We had a tremendous time at this property. What makes it so special is that you get to experience French culture by being in a genuine neighborhood. The property is very secluded and quiet which offers a peaceful break from the crowds. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive to our inquiries.

Great stay

The property was awesome, tucked away, between two apartment complexes. It was quiet, very helpful staff, and a garden in the center. Plenty of places.to.eat, and groceries nearby. It was kind of far from the Louvre/ Eiffel tower, but Ubers made them accessible. More travel savvy folks would have no problem getting to those spots by other means.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed this place in a garden. Beautiful and clean. We didn’t use kitchen but it seemed to be nicely equipped with everything. Close to metro! We walked to restaurants and bakery. I would stay here again! 👍

First trip to Paris

Had an excellent stay at this property. Great neighborhood. Very close to the Metro, walking distance to many restaurants, and a nice courtyard right outside a fairly private apartment. Would definitely recommend to others!

An absolute gem

Amazing space in the middle of a big city, truly an oasis to relax in after a long day of walking around Paris. The upstairs room is a loft that you ca. use to hang out with friends in and the courtyard garden is beautiful and has several very cute cats. 100% would recommend.

Wish we stayed longer!

We loved our stay. The apartment slept 5 (4 adults and one tall teen) comfortably. Having a second bathroom was a godsend. The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It was bigger than we imagined. The quiet garden with the resident cat, Mimo, made it feel like home. A quick walk to the metro into the city or a short walk to the metro towards Disneyland. If we make it back to Paris, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us, but it could sleep 7. My only recommendation would be that if you need parking let them know when you make a reservation because they have to reserve it.

It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. We enjoyed all of the items provided, though there wasn’t shampoo. Overall it was quite a lovely find!

Perfect Accommodation for our trip!

We were a group of 5 adults and this property was perfect to accommodate us. There was plenty of places to sleep and get ready for the day. There is not a living room or den, but the kitchen has a table with plenty of seating. The bedrooms are also a decent size, and they have cabinets in the room or bathroom for storage. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets were provided. If you get too hot, the rooms have a fan or opening the window worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed for the times we did eat at the property (which was mostly snacking on cheese and wine). There is a drip coffee maker, this goes well with the croissants you can grab from the bakery across the street. Speaking of the bakery, it's open 24hrs except it's closed on Mondays.There are plenty of markets and grocery stores very close. The metro is also extremely close. There's a sweet cat that may come visit. We sat in the courtyard and enjoyed a beer with her company. The weather was not always the greatest when we were there, but it was nice to just sit outside. The courtyard was quiet and felt like we weren't in the city. Our only suggestion would be to grab extra toilet paper for longer stays. There's also laundry facilities near if you need them. We would definitely recommend this property for a larger party. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect little apartment

This was the perfect apartment for our family if 6. 2 minutes walk to the metro station, amazing bakery across the street and very good restaurants a couple of blocks away. It was very clean and pleasant and showers were great.

Out of the CBD but a fantastic part of Paris

Whilst the apartment is out of the main tourist areas of Paris it was still an ideal location. Two metro stations less than five minutes walk, a 24 hour Boulangerie across the street, a friendly and welcoming bar next door and Colette Cafe on the corner which had wonderful staff, food and service. There is a laundrette, grocer stores and a pizza store also very close by. Everything you need within 100m. The apartment itself was more than big enough for 6 of us. Clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Great location!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! Close to the Metro, 24 hour bakery across the street, and comfortable beds. Our family of 4 stayed upstairs and our friends had the downstairs room. Perfect for the 6 of us. The only issue was the upstairs bathroom, the shower drain doesn’t work well and it flooded the bathroom every time we took a shower. Not a big deal, but kind of a pain when you’re trying to leave in the morning and you have to spend 30 mins soaking up water. Overall though we loved our stay!

Cozy garden stay

We loved this apartment in the 11th -- it is charming and makes great use of space. We traveled with our three kids and they loved having their own space on the second floor and loft. We didn't think ahead to pack two sets of toiletries for the two bathrooms, but there are many groceries and markets nearby. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven and plenty of dishware. Three great boulangeries in walking distance: Maison Landemaine, Boulangerie Manobake and Boulangerie Magali; we loved our meal at Brasserie ChaCha up the street and enjoyed a rainy day walk at Cimetière du Père-Lachaise. The market on Boulevard de Charonne (Wed and Sat) was a wonderful surprise -- we bought tons of fresh fruits from the vendors. We were committed to using public transit and ended up riding the quite a lot, as the metro lines would have required transfers. Alexandre Dumas is the closest metro, Google pointed us to Philiippe Auguste, which is a slightly longer walk. All in all, a wonderful stay! Grateful to have found this gem on vrbo.

Great visit

The apartment was just as advertised. We loved the garden and our teenager was delighted by the loft. Staff from the adjacent hotel were very helpful, storing our bags on arrival and helping us locate resources nearby. A wonderful visit.
