I really liked that everyday the room was cleaned, the only thing the hotel needs a proper refurb. The bathroom was full with stains, toilet as well really old and used condition, was a bit disgused to use it. The reception ladies never greeted apart from the reception gentlemen, he was amazing and I could feel that he really loves his job.I'm happy to give him lots of credit, he does your hotel much better.

Good Paris break

Room small, but clean and functional. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located for central Paris and a short walk from nearest Metro. Good value for the money.

Holidays

Very well located hotel. Great staff and great customer service. The room was cleaned daily but it lacked of a confortable bed. Overall the experience was great and we would return if needed.

Bright clean and friendly

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and even lent me a corkscrew! The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast fresh and plentiful and well worth the small extra cost. The hotel is just a few minutes from the metro too. Wifi in the room was good and they let us leave our luggage on arrival and departure. Ladies do take your own hairdryer though. There is a wall mounted one supplied but its difficult to use - more a criticism of the design of the hairdryer itself rather than the hotel. Overall we had a very good experience at the hotel.

Great Little Hotel

Stayed here for four day and could not fault the place. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The metro was just at the bottom of the road there is also plenty of places to eat and drink all in all a great time away

Would stay here again

The room was small but clean and just what we needed. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. It was well placed, two minutes from the metro with a budget bar/cafe right next door and two small supermarkets very close by. What really gave our stay that special feeling was how lovely the staff were. The young man at the desk drew out my shy son and encouraged him to ask for things in french, giving him lots of praise and a real boost. On the last night, when we had a crisis at home they couldn't have been more supportive even though there was nothing that could be done. We really felt looked after. I'd happily come here again.

Spring break in Paris

Hotel was very clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good but rather expensive at 12euros. Nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room in a Paris hotel. Pity they didn't replace the T bags once used! Also didn't replace one of the cups which was broken. The area around Charonne was full of interesting shops and some good cafes but the metro was slightly out on a limb so that it involved quite a few changes to get to other areas of Paris. I would go to this hotel again.

Limited facilities but all that was needed for a one night stay. Within easy reach of the office location being visited
