The staff was very eager to help. Especially Ms Naida. My wife felt down and she helped us to get a doctor and help us with some translation too. The heating system is not very efficient. The room facing the square are little noisy because the insulation is not very good. It’s a very old hotel . Bathroom facilities are new and very clean

Upgraded room was roomy and looked over Place de la Republique. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Very convenient location for public transportation and taxis/uber which made it easy to get around Paris. Rooms had coffee maker. Breakfast had great selections. All hotel staff were wonderful. They seemed to really like working there, worked as an efficient team and were happy. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great hotel in a good area convenient for Marais and metro opposite the front door. Breakfast busy but great. Rooms a bit basic but don’t need much when on a city break. Great value for money and staff were top notch

This hotel is across the street from the metro station. Very easy to get in and out. There is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around this area. I didn't get to enjoy the amenities because I was too busy exploring Paris.

It's right next to Place de la Republique and the Metro, which is great! However, the plaza can be quite noisy, so request a room facing the inner area, not the Place de la Republique.

Everything about this Crowne Plaza was a positive experience for us. Besides pleasant and accommodating staff, the breakfast couldn’t be any better. The selections were abundant, fresh and tasty. I heard from many that the restaurant was top rate also. This was a terrific location with the metro a few steps from the door and many stores and restaurants nearby. The room was smaller than we are used to in the US but quite adequate since we are there for sightseeing and not to spend time in the room. This was a great choice for us.

Service was marginal. Towels were never changed despite leaving them on the floor, they just added more towels. By then end we had 8 towels piled on the floor. Coffee machine was jammed and never replaced. Staff at the bar at night were very friendly. During the day, rude.
