Great stay at Folkestone Hotel
The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and although a bit small gad plenty cupboard space. My room had a bath (with shower head for anyone wanting to shower). The front office area is clean and spacious.

What a wonderful hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby it was a great experience. The team was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the perfect size; and well decorated, comfortable and clean. It is located in an excellent location for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return should we return to Paris. I can’t say enough good things about the Folkstone Opera Hotel!

Staff was wonderful. Bath tub looked like it had been painted and was chipping so we never got to take a bath, the floor was stained and the bedding had someone else's hair between the top sheet and fitted sheet. It's a convenient location for walking around Paris.

Looked good on line but disappointing..The room was too small for a twin room.The shower hose became detached and the bath it was in was damaged.The complimentary drinks were not as listed,and reception advised us to go to the market for milk. There were no overhead fans or air conditioning .The room was not worth the price charged.
