Cher client, tout d'abord, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Il semble que plusieurs choses ne se soient pas déroulées selon votre convenance. Concernant votre arrivée dans une chambre occupée, ceci est une erreur impardonnable. Du fait de votre commentaire anonyme, je ne peux néanmoins pas investiguer plus afin de comprendre ce qui a pu se passer. Concernant le parking, elle était en effet défectueuse ce jour la. Concernant la chambre, certains éléments peuvent être abîmés et nous assurons un suivi régulier. Une rénovation totale est d'ailleurs prévu cette année. Pour finir sur le check-in, nous sommes certain que vous comprendrez que cette procédure soit un peu plus que remettre une carte et cela peut en effet paraître long. Nous nous en excusons et soyez assuré que nous ferons au mieux pour raccourcir ce délai tout en répondant aux exigences de nos procédures.
