Overnight family stay

Hotel was very modern and clean. we had arranged at 2pm check-in for a cot to be brought to the room but after having been out and coming back at 8.30 there was no cot. A call to the reception was met with an unhappy receptionist who seemed to miss the point completely - we had a baby who needed to sleep. The receiptionist was too busy and it seemed impossible to find a way to bring us the promised cot.On a second call to say that we might as well just leave it as it was so late, we eventually had an apology . . . The check-in staff had been great. On departure at 6am we were asked to pay but we had already paid on-line and when stated this the receptionist checked ad agreed.

Super Hotel

Sehr sauberes Hotel, Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Die Hotelrezeption spricht nicht Deutsch und gebrochen Englisch. Aber für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bekommen Sie dafür keinen Abzug, da sie sehr nett und freundlich waren.
