Dear Mrs Yousif,Sorry to tell you that your presentation is completely biased. I immediately offered my services and had you accompanied to the police. We made investigations with the police and our insurance company. Checking which key was used for the said robbery, it appeared that is was YOUR KEY. The insurance company told us that they would not reimburse since there is no damage and it is the key given to the guest. I forwarded to you regular accounts about the investigation of the police. What is for you evidence, is not the same for them: Strangely enough, you ask for money and never you wished to get new said stolen items. Strangely enough, you never believe that the police can solve the issue. Strangely enough you blackmail the hotel with bad comments to try to get cash.
