comfy hotel.good location.
we were staying the family room at number 57. good size for 3 people. Clean and quiet . cozy room. Had smart TV for Netflix and YouTube. location near by underground. easy to go anywhere. but only 1 silly thing was.....😅 Hotel were given the coffee bags and tea bags at the bedroom when I arrived. but they don't give a small pot of milk . I had to ask the receptionist for cup of milk when I made a cup coffee every time. The receptionist told me will refill the coffee bags,tea bags and milk when they made the room . but they never do.

Small but clean. Would stay again :)
Great hotel for our one night stay in Paris. Would have been happy there for another night or two if we had more time. Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Service desk employees were friendly and helpful. Close to a metro station but if you’re wanting to do some walking it’s not too far from the main tourist attractions in Paris. Also was an easy walk to the Gare d’Est train station.

Great affordable option 20 minutes from everything
Reception was really nice, super helpful and informative. Had a beautiful room with a street view. The windows were really well insulted, so when you closed them it was dead silent. Blackout curtains worked amazing too. 1 USB plug was broken on the left side of the bed, and I'm pretty sure the A/C didn't work, but we really enjoyed our stay.

It’s not the nicest neighborhood, just down the street from the train station, but we felt safe, and once inside the hotel, it was clean and comfortable.

The lobby and halls leave a lot to be desired and don't match the standards of their rooms but the rooms are updated and very clean! The TV's in the room have Netflix, the bathrooms are beautifully upgraded, and the neighbourhood has some hidden gems (check out Rue de Faubourg St.Denis). The only unfortunate aspect of our stay was that the room we had booked was unavailable due to being under renovation, which meant that my mom, sister and I had to separate which was a disappointing end to the final nights of our trip. Surely we could have been notified of this in advance to give us time to find another hotel that could accommodate the 3 of us in one room to enjoy the time together. We wish staff/the hotel had handled this differently to avoid the disappointment and having to split up our group between two rooms.

Not the best but friendly staff
Had a room with two single beds but it was tiny and no room to move and only one side of the beds had a bedside table. There was a lot of dust under the bed and the toilet could have done with a scrub inside.. Had to turn the shower head round to the corner otherwise it leaked onto the floor so showering was awkward. Our room surrounded an outside metal staircase so you could hear people going up and down all the time so not the best for noise. Wouldn't stay here again, but the staff were really friendly.

Hotel was perfect. Great location close to Gare du nord station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was perfect, i wish I could have took that bed home with me! Deffo will be coming back.
