The AC barely worked in our room and the agent on duty said there was nothing he could do because he was a fill-in that evening. He couldn’t change our room or bring a fan. We had to leave and find another hotel because we were sweating in the room.

This hotel was in a great location and easy to get to all the sights. I particularly liked how clean and modern the hotel was. The bedding was excellent quality and big fluffy towels, robes and slippers were a nice touch. Room was small but this was not an issue as were out for most of the time. If I visit Paris again I would book this hotel.
