A very nice hotel surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes and at walking distance from two Metro stations serving different lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The single room is small but comfortable, with a large closet (with a safe inside), TV and coffee machine. Clean and tidy, nice breakfast. The only downside is the small bathroom and shower space. Also be prepared to walk up the stairs one floor to the reception desk with your luggage.

The staff were great, the hotel was clean but rooms were small but that is expected with Paris. There are two flight of stairs that you have to climb to get to lobby but there is a lift you can take from lobby to get to rooms. I had a leak over the bed. Staff addressed it immediately and were apologetic but was moved to another room that had a leak in the bathroom. Again, It was addressed quickly and I understand that things can happened but it is an inconvenience to have to move rooms twice. I was disappointed especially since the hotel is pricey. There was no type of compensation offered. The area was close to three different metros, walking distance to many restaurants.

A nice hotel that is a three-minute walk to the Montparnasse train station. Service was great and the breakfast which is included was a nice touch. I would recommend!

It is very average – not super-clean, very shoddy fittings, not very comfortable bed, very cramped spaces – it didn’t feel like good value for money compared with other places I’ve stayed in Paris. Area is ok, with good access to transport.

Centrally-located and convenient.
Can’t beat this for location and affordability. It’s right in the midst of a lively little neighborhood, but the rooms are quiet. There’s a great Monoprix on the corner (kind of a department store/supermarket) where you can get everything from a cup of coffee in the morning to anything you forgot at home (like an electrical converter in our case. We brought one, but it didn’t work). The metro is two blocks away and super easy to use. You can be most places you want to go within 10-15 minutes. Overall a great choice. Rooms are snug, but if you need a comfy home base and plan on being mostly out and about, it’s got everything you need.

The room provided ample space for our two check-in luggage and a baby cot, which was remarkably comfortable with its mattress, mattress topper, and pillow. The newly renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and we appreciated the quality of the provided soap. Just be aware that there's a flight of stairs leading to the reception area. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially due to its convenient location near Gare du Montparnasse.

I was travelling to Hendaye and decided to overnight in Paris to break the journey up. First impressions were good! Very friendly and polite staff. Hotel room was cozy,clean and well equipped with a large comfortable bed,great shower and a safe for belongings. Ideal for myself. Very close to metro stop travelling from Gar Du Nord and Montparnasse Train Station where I’ll be departing early tomorrow morning. Lots of bars and restaurants close to hotel. I would recommend this hotel for short a stay in Paris.
