Our shower flooded and I had to clean it every night… however with that said everything else was perfect! Breakfast was delish… staff was awesome and gave great suggestions… the area, hotel, and room gorgeous. Best experience and would stay there again!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were greeted with warmth and even allowed to check in early since our room was ready. We stayed in Room 01, conveniently located next to reception, which was ideal for me due to my knee issues. However, if you're a light sleeper, you might want to choose a different room, as you can hear guests checking in and out, as well as the staff preparing for breakfast. My family and I weren’t disturbed at all—we can sleep through anything! The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were incredibly attentive; Wangmo noticed me struggling to walk and kindly offered ice for my knees and helped me to my chair. I had read the positive reviews before booking, and I can confirm they are accurate. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the metro or bus stop. We would definitely stay here again. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by the level of care that I felt compelled to share my experience. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Great location, Lovely Staff Breakfast runs out quickly and not replenished - better off getting it out in one of Paris' many amazing bakeries. Room small as expected but functional and nicely done. Much needed and appreciated air con!

Lovely well decorated hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks to Isabelle who looked after us and made sure we were fed before we checked out. She was also very helpful on reception. Woman with many talents# the hotel is lucky to have her. She had a helper on breakfast who was also very polite and helpful but I didn't catch her name. Very nice stay. Would stay again for sure.

Clean and cozy. Super friendly staff. Free iced water in lobby. The only complains is that there is no standup shower in the bathroom (only a bathtub) so the floor gets wet when you wash your hair. But other than that we had a very happy stay. 2 minutes walk to Moulin Rogue and the metro station and plenty eateries around. Very happy about the location.

I liked the hotel itself. It is beautiful and cozy. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious! The only drawback is noise from neighbors. The rooms/doors have no insulation. My neighbors check in at 1 am and woke me up by slamming doors and loudly speaking! You should let people know to be quiet at night, because most of the customers would like to get a good sleep!

Cozy hotel with appealing retro style and friendly staff. It would have been nice to have had a shower and not just a bathtub (or at least a shower curtain around the bathtub) and a USB charging plug.

Charming, lots of charcter. Very dilligent and welcoming staff. Clean, Unique decor and guest amenities. Quirky and fun; the feel of the old-style small independant hotels ,but has avoided the formulaic sterility of the (American) franchise model.
