Dear guest , Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Expedia. I am sorry to read that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We do not have mini bar in the room but we have one at the reception of the hotel. Our reception is open 24h and our receptionists are always eager to help. . Regarding the Air conditoninng , we are passing to winter season every october. You can found this information on our website. We do have a technician always available at our hotel , if you had told us your issue, we would have been happy to change your TV. Finally, regardig the perfume in the room , I am sorry that you didnt like it this is the perfume of our Hotel.
