The location couldn’t have been better—close to public transport, shopping, and a variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. We were especially pleased with the connecting room arrangement for our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Beautiful hotel steps from the Arc de triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was big by Paris standards.

There were no toothbrushes nor other toiletries in the bathroom. The room is nice and staff were welcoming. It’s situated in a safe area and walkable to the shoooing district

Nice clean hotel close to Champs Elysees shopping. Rates overpriced for the rooms. Friendly staff. It’s on a side street and that specific street is not well lit at night.

Fantastic location and nice property size. Perfect for a short break / weekend away / work trip. Friendly staff and great breakfast. V handy amenities w a lot of thought into curating it all. I’ve given 4* as there was a problem w the shower power and temperature- alerted reception but it wasn’t fixed. not ideal. Nonetheless, we hope to be back soon!

We had a pleasant stay on the whole, and I suppose the price is ok for what we had given the location. The hotel is very clean, the staff were nice, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I found the bathroom somewhat uncomfortable. There was no space to put away toiletries. Similarly, there were no drawers or cabinets to put away items or clothing in the room. While there were some hanging options for short jackets and pants, it was really limited. The “gym” amenities are definitely not as nice as they are advertised in the photo either. It is two pieces of equipment in a cramped room.

Loved the front desk, very friendly people!! Right by Champs Elysees, so lots of delicious restaurants and shopping nearby! Also within 4 minutes walking of a metro which was very easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Avoid!
Booked for a superior room and wasn’t given one. Was given only room they had left which was a handicap accessible room. As nice it is to see hotels accommodating, as I do not need this service the shower and toilet were very awkward and unusable (I.e., water from shower goes everywhere). When I asked for superior room as I paid, I was told no on the first night. Only after I made a comment did they said they would see what they could do. Bad customer service.
