The room was clean and easy to access via a lift. Check in was easy and the staff were mostly friendly. We did have an issue with the air-conditioning/fan not working - a member of staff came up to take a look and after glancing at the thermostat, told us it may or may not work and that we should just open a window. The window was a door out to the balcony and let a lot of noise in. So not the most helpful solution. He told us that because everyone else in the hotel was using heat, we could not use a cool setting. Strange as it was an independent unit.... We also had no coffee in our room - only decaff tea and a decaff coffee pod to use in the machine which we could not figure out how to work. Other than these issues, the hotel was just what we needed for a work trip and a day of sightseeing in Paris with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby also. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and kind. They truly make this hotel a delight to stay in. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast, though so would recommend finding somewhere else to eat.

The hotel was nice, but our room was the smallest hotel room I have ever had. When I opened the door, it hit the bed. It was well designed for being a small room - but a little too small for us.

New Go-To Parisian Hotel
Beautiful hotel. It is just like the pictures. The reception staff is wonderful. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a balcony room. Amenities in the room are amazing, especially for the shower. I travel to Paris frequently and this will be my new go-to hotel for my Parisian stays.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place feels very cute and was roomy enough. There were some stains on the carpet and a bit of mildew in the shower, but overall had a nice feel because of design and decor. The tax at the end of the stay felt like a surprise. Maybe because I am not from the country.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hotel was a block and a half away from a metro entrance which made it easy to get to all of the sight seeing locations. The street was very quiet but just down the way, there were lots of restaurants/bars/places for people to hang until very late. Lots of options!

Excellent hotel, clean, tidy and in a very convenient area of the city. Room was stocked with some lovely loccitane products with felt luxurious. Reception staff were so kind and forthcoming with suggestions for places to explore and dine. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!
