Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The floor was a little uneven in the room and out in the hallway...almost tripped a couple of times, but got used to it. Overall a very good experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

I had no expectations when I booked this property as I was just looking for reasonable accommodation during the Olympics and this hotel delivered in all aspects. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast each morning was good. Location was perfect as it was in walking distance to the Louvre and very easy access to the metro which made getting around way. There were many good restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during the Paris Olympics which was a perfect location to catch the metro to the different event sites, a 5 minute walk to the Louve museum and Tuileries garden where the Olympic cauldron was located. The staff made our stay more meaningful - Hamsa and Alice are both kindhearted, warm, and accommodating. We will miss them both. It’s a well maintained hotel. We enjoyed staying in their family room and had a lovely breakfast every morning at their quaint dining area.

Everything was fine the location was great. Rooms were clean and enough for 1 adult and 2 tall adolescents. The only problem that I should complain was the breakfast. It was a little weak to be honest.
