Accueil quelconque, prestations banales, vétusté des équipements avec une porte de la douche branlante, isolations phoniques du bâtiment déplorables (appel du veilleur à 01H30 du matin afin de faire cesser un tapage de clients indélicats). Cet hôtel est sauvé par son emplacement aux portes de la gare Montparnasse.

Déçu par le service de l'hôtel

Une expérience décevante de l'hôtel. Lors de notre arrivée, l'ascenseur de l'hôtel était en panne. Malheureusement ce sont des événements indépendants de l'hôtel, bien que d'un certain âge, la personne qui nous a accueilli ne nous a pas proposé de nous aider à monter les bagages. La panne aura duré 3 jours pour un séjour de 4 nuits cela fait plus de la moitié du séjour. Nous avons voulu faire bouillir de l'eau pour nous faire un thé mais la bouilloire était sale. Du à un pic de chaleur, nous sommes allées voir la réception afin de leur demander un ventilateur, la personne de la réception nous a dit d'aller acheter un ventilateur nous même. Nous avons trouvé cela déplacé et pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles.
