Most beautiful experience. Stunning hotel with even better accommodating staff. Personally Mr. Walid at the reception desk stood out for me. His professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, attention to detail and personable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy! This hotel was one of my worstttttt experiences. Very very old. Our room was in the 6th floor and full of spider and mosquitoes. This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel do not book this place and waste your money. I got lots of spider bites on my body I even told the staff but what can they do. I just don’t get how city ranked this hotel as a 5 star hotel. This hotel considered 2 star Motel in the USA.

This was our favorite place. The rooms are small but so adorable. The amenities are great. The staff are out of this world amazing and kind. And the food at the restaurant was so good. We only stayed here for one night but wished that it had been more. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect location in Paris just steps from the metro and one block from the Champs Elyse’s. We had a junior suite with a wrap around terrace with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower but a magnificent view of the Arc de Triumphe. Absolutely stunning.

Such a beautiful experience. We were very impressed by the property. Room and terrace was perfect and there are options for food at the hotel and around. A short 3 minutes walk to the Arch de Triumph and few more mins to Champs-Élysées shops. Overall - PERFECT experience Thank you!

The staff was magnificent and very kind and attentive. I am concerned about the canopy above the bed. While both I and my companion were fighting head colds, it got worse in the room. I wonder if the canopy collect dust or simply our coughing had nothing to do with the room.

First day we checked in we had a problem with the shower and couldn’t take a shower so they told us they will fix it next day morning and informed us that it has been fixed ; however , the problem remained and they couldn’t move us to another room but just shower in another room , very weird !! And then again the problem wasn’t solved so finally they moved us . And above all that we didn’t receive any discount or room upgrade
