Gutes günstiges Hotel, schlechter Service!!

Räumlichkeiten sind vollkommen ausreichend für ein paar Tage Sightseeing in Paris. Lage ist wirklich gut durch die ausgezeichnete Metroanbindung. Allerdings sind die Zimmer etwas laut durch den Verkehr vor der Tür. Das Personal ist etwas merkwürdig, Service war sehr schlecht. Am Ankunftstag konnte man uns keinen Schlüssel für das Zimmer geben. Man ließ uns ins Zimmer und wir sollten ihn uns am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption abholen. Am zweiten Tag kamen wir 23 Uhr von unserem Tagesausflug wieder und fanden unser Bett abgezogen vor. Die Putzfrau ist scheinbar in unser Zimmer, hat das Bett abgezogen, ist raus und hat vergessen jemals wieder reinzugehen. Dem Herr an der Rezeption fehlten die Worte, wir sollen es uns selbst beziehen und er sagt es dem Manager. Aber eine Reaktion blieb aus. Am letzten Tag beim Check out, wollte man uns erneut die Tourismuspauschale in Rechnung stellen, welche wir am ersten Tag bar gegen Quittung bezahlt hatten. Die Quittung wäre aber falsch ausgestellt gewesen. Nach einigen Diskussionen konnten wir dann gehen. Das Personal sollte etwas geschult werden, man hat das Gefühl keiner weiß was der andere macht. Auch wenn es ein günstiges Hotel ist, sollte der Service stimmen.
