Nice hotel
The hotel is in a nice and safe area, very close to the metro. Lots of restaurants around. The room was small (as expected in Paris) but very nice and accommodating. The staff at the reception were lovely. Wouls stay there again.

Great hotel with everything you need to explore Paris. A few minutes walk you can be on the metro to all the main touristy sites. The area seems quiet and more local l with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Standard Paris hotel. Not worth the money or the price difference between trying to book and actually booking... Nothing special area. Will return to Fabric hotel next time..much nicer area and hotel.

We booked last minute and found the hotel to be attrative and clean and the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was very small but well equipped and pleasant. The hotel was well air conditioned and convenient for metro stops. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location and lovely staff. However, the sheets were never changed/cleaned for the 6 days I was there, just made up again each time the cleaners came. Bathroom was a little outdated and the tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Lastly the mirrors, bed frames, and surfaces in the room were never wiped down and left dirty from prior stays

Located very near the metro that has 3 lines. There are lots of dining options nearby. The hotel staff were very nice and the rooms very comfortable and large for Europe. Recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Location was great, and I would happily stay there again and recommend to my friends. Room was larger than many I have previously stayed at in Paris in this price range. Breakfast was fairly typical and good value for the price. Only issue I have is that we came back one evening and found bedroom windows wide open. Great for fresh air but bad for security (and bugs)

Service was wonderful. They were extremely helpful with booking taxis and looking at alternative transportation options. The room was really nice with a lovely balcony. The only small complaint was the pillows were too small. Would suggest firmer or larger pillows.
