I have so many good things to say about your staff. I felt like I am coming back to family. Romain in the Restaurant is very friendly and nice, it was also nice to see Chloe and Vivian and Rita and the new lady at the front desk who actually speaks Spanish😍… If I ever come back to Paris , I will stay again here. I am also recommending it to all my friends. Extremely clean and I felt safe all the time. Big congratulations for your excellent service and such a nice hotel and very clean.

Notre famille de quatre avons été enchantés par notre séjour à L’Etoile Maillot. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel était accueillant et accommodant. Nous avons pu obtenir notre chambre plus tôt ce qui nous a permis de nous reposer de notre vol. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner. Nous voulons souligner le remarquable service de Romain et de ses collègues. Cela nous permettait de partir notre journée tout en douceur. Small,quiet hotel in an area convenient to Paris sites by foot, by bus, or by metro. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had many options.The room was a good size, with simple decor. This was our second stay and we weren't disappointed.
