Homeless woman living in basement of hotel. Pulled the fire alarm at 10:30pm was yelling and screaming in the lobby then pulled the fire alarm again at 11:30pm. She continued screaming in the lobby keeping everyone awake. Police showed up a couple hours later and had her leave.

I booked this hotel because it was very close the Eiffel Tower and I was staying for the Olympics. The room was a little smaller than the website makes it appear, but it was immaculate and had all of the amenities in-room of any international chain hotel. The bathroom was brand new and the view of the Eiffel Tower right outside my windows was spectacular. This hotel even had an elevator despite being a classic historic building. The area was quiet at night and lively during the day with excellent restaurants and shops all around. There was a laundromat across the street and a Starbucks, pharmacy, and market less than a block away. It was easily within walking distance of all the major sights so I didn't need to take the Metro or an Uber. The crowds around were international and mostly between the 20's to 40's so everyone was friendly and very happy. It felt very safe here. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and very walkable. You're close to many great sights. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment there. The room was clean and comfortable. The value for the price is mostly related to the location and less about the room/service. When you combine room, location and service it makes it worth it. Our only complaint was that our room was next to the stairwell so we heard every person going up or down the stairs. This made it difficult to sleep in the mornings without ear plugs.

Overall stay was ok. The staff is kind and make things work. We were a little disappointed about the breakfast menu, and unfortunately there was a situación going on with the fire alarm one of the nights, that woke us twice. Overall vale for price is a good option. It is near most of the landmarks in Paris, if you want to walk totally doable. Or very close to metro

Staff was helpful and spoke English. Was able to get us into the room we asked for (asked for a room facing the street), and allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk because we arrived prior to check-in time. Breakfast was good every morning, with both French and American options.

This hotel is centrally located around all the landmarks within walking distance. Staff is friendly. Room is clean but very small. It is typical in Paris. Breakfast is the same everyday which I wish it could have more variety. It’s a good stay for the price.

We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Orsay Museum, and other places of interest. Many dining and shopping options in the area. We had a car the first day. Unless you are an extremely experienced driver, probably best to use other options… We did have 2 fire alarms during 2 of the 4 nights. There did not appear to be security cameras in the hallways.
