Great staff, clean, and a good location. Walking distance to upscale shopping and the center of Paris - located just a few blocks from Opèra Garnier. Many restaurant options. Metro and bus stops just steps away.

MSocial is a beautiful hotel that met our expectations of what a typical Parisian hotel looks like. it is very convenient to all attractions and shopping. Great and safe neighborhood. We were disappointed, however, that the hotel does not have a dedicated Concierge and the Front Desk staff, although very nice, seems quite new and were not able to assist with basic information about tours, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The concierges were very helpful and friendly. They happily helped us with everything we needed. Nice location with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the metro was very accessible as well. Highly recommend
