Great stay

We had an amazing time. The apartment was spacious , enough for our family of 4. Beautiful, memorable view. Only downside was there was a washer but no dryer , we used the towel warmer in the bathroom to dry our clothes . We would have loved to be able to wash and dry our clothes because we packed light but in no way did this change our opinion of our stay. Staff was very kind and accommodating. The area had a lot of great places to eat and felt safe: Would stay again.

This was a fantastic apartment in an excellent location. Was very clean, comfortable and located close to shops, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. The view from the roof top patio was amazing. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very comfortable and the AC and safety of the property was amazing. The location was perfect we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend!!

Quiet. Clean. Spacious 6th floor apartment/room.100m to Metro and Taxi Stand. 150m to grocery. Incredible view of Eiffel Tower and Skyline from rooftop. Major plus is washer and dryer. Super responsive staff - our AC broke on hottest day in Paris thus far and was repaired by the time we returned. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely, well presented studio apartment in the 7th arraindement, within walking distance of most tourist attractions in central Paris. It was a real bonus having a washing machine and fairly spacious little fridge. Air-con was a Godsend in the hot weather. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no staff on site to assist, and our digital key arrived later than it stated it would. I had to reach out to the property manager to receive. The rooms and location are superb.

Property is in excellent shape, The rooms are decorated nice and maintained very well. The rooms were not ready when they were supposed to be but the cleaning crew was working as hard and fast as they could. A neat place, just struggled with the digital key-often wouldn’t work right.

Not as advertised. Property is well located and the roof top is great to view the Eiffel Tower and Paris roof tops. Check out Rue Clere. While the property was well designed and decorated in the past, it is in need of maintenance - rugs are frayed and dirty, paint is chipped and dented, cabinet knobs are loose, shower knobs are missing covers, dishwasher was missing cover. Worst was a sewage like odor that came and went from the drain. The online portal was impossible to use - it took about 3 hours, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls until someone finally called back and allowed us to email the information needed to get the QR code to access the property. The online information mentions a concierge - despite multiple emails requesting help with dinner reservations and tickets there was no response. The bedroom is extremely dark and needs more lighting making feel like a cave. An excellent concept that’s past its prime and suffers from poor management, customer service, and maintenance.

Fantastic location…close to metro and taxi pickup. Great coffee and pastries 2 blocks over on Rue Cler. Lots of Cafes for dinner. Challenge for us was the digital key. We had three separate rentals-it was difficult managing what key code went to what room (they were on different floors). Also, if you forget your phone or it has died, no way to get in!!! No staff to help. What we needed was after initial entry and physical key card to scan. Also, one of your bookings ended up in the basement-ZERO windows or view. We thought it would at least be in the courtyard. I feel like I should be partially refunded, very disappointed about that.

This is our second time at this hotel. We love the location, the ease of check in, the cleanliness, and bed comfort. Having a kitchenette and laundry in the room is so helpful during a long trip. This was part of a longer trip, so we were traveling with a lot of luggage. The space gets cramped quickly with a lot of bags. The shower is also very small and water tends to get everywhere.

What a great location and connection to the streets and character that is Paris. So many options and with Rue Le Cler 100m down the street it added to even more. Great sofa bed and apartment ammenities were as promised. Amazing views from the rooftop ! The QR code system to access is the only minor issue that could have better functionality Our family of four had a great stay.
