Good Afternoon,Thank you very much for this feedback.Regarding the size of our rooms we communicate on it at the booking: 10m² for a business room, 12m² for a classic room and 14m² for a deluxe room.Our hotel is well located in Paris, close to several metro lines with many shops and restaurants nearby.Apologize for the welcoming because we normally appreciate host guests and reply at all the asking and help to make the stay of all our guest special !Best regards,Juliette for the Nouvel Hotel Eiffel
