Solo me quedé una noche, mi habitación tenía vista interior ( pared) eso hacía que estuviera muy fea. La habitación tamaño pequeño regular, si se veía que limpiaron bien, la recepcionista 10/10 muy muy amable su trato fue excelente pero en el hotel se oye mucho un metro y eso fue un poco molesto en la noche. Pero el hotel yo le doy un 8.

Good location and clean. Staff was a bit questionable. Asked for late check-out with two of the staff members. We were told that it was fine and that no fee was needed. The day we left we were told that we needed to leave immediately or incur a fee for the late checkout. The staff members never noted in our reservation that we wanted a late check-out. It was eventually cleared up but the staff is suspect at best.

Location and room size was reasonable for the price that I paid for it. The only observations that I have for this property is that the room lost power two times during my two nights stay: one at night and the other one very early in the morning. Another observation is that the shower was extremely small. Literally, there was room only to shower and not bent. By the way, I am sort of skinny for my age. But what is surprised me was the room cleanliness. I love a very clean hotel room. If I would have to stay again on a budget, I would not hesitate to make another reservation on this property.

Hotel located at noisy area of London in the red district. Metro station nearby with several late night restaurants. Good for a couple not much for a family. Hotel door gave us trouble and were told it was going to be fixed but it wasn’t and because of difficult to access room was never cleaned during our stay.
