Staff was super friendly, but not always at the desk. The apartment we rented did NOT match the pictures shown when we selected and made the reservation. I would have booked with a different company if we had known we didn't have what was represented in the pictures. The elevator was broken for most of our stay and we were on the 5th floor - with an asthmatic that cannot do stairs well. And did not know towels were not replaced without a fee until AFTER we booked and past cancellation time. We didn't go on vacation to have to do laundry for clean towels or a 15euro fee per person per day to have them replaced. And there were at least two times we ran out of toilet paper and tissue and no one was at the desk to replace them. We ended up purchasing our own b/c it was multiple trips up/down the stairs to find no one at the desk which was supposed to be staffed 24/7. Overall, a decent apartment and friendly staff, but some surprises that would have led to us booking differently if we had known upfront. On a positive note, did greatly appreciate the offer for a free mid-week cleaning. That at least helped us reset and provided one new clean set of towels for everyone.

convenient location, no room service for stay less than six days, free laundry room, small room, but all the supplies are nice. If you need fresh towels, you must wash the used ones yourself. Very convenient check-in process. They provide a code to access the building and room, which is easier for us.

Property is fantastic with comfortable beds, soft linens, well equipped kitchen, and an elevator. The laundry is on -1 and has two washers and 2 driers that are free to use and include soap. The property is very close to two metro stations and it's easy to get around the city. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

I loved our stay here. My only complaint is that there wasn't really anywhere to put wet towels. There was one small heated towel rack, and no hooks or bars. Other than that, it was a perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really good location, just 70 meters from a Metro Station. Nice surroundings with options to shop and dine. Walking distance from Pompidou Centre. Spacious and very comfortable. Great view. Note: Since it is an apartment you have to make an online check-in before arriving. There is someone in the lobby most of the time.

This was a cozy beautiful place just as the pictures look. Great location conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a super market right accross. The kitchen is well equipped in case you want to enjoyed some cooking. Metro is just around the corner. Very friendly staff. My family and i really loved it, will definitely recommend it 🤗

Beautiful apartment that was well located near shopping, transportation and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cooking supplies. The bathroom towels were luxuriously large and fluffy. Bedding and pillows were comfortable, and this includes the sofa bed. Communication through the link provided prior to check in was impeccable. I did read reviews about noise levels at night and I concur. For anyone not used to city living, it should be noted that street noise can be heard until late at night. However, it was not something that would deter us from booking this same apartment again in the future.

Jewel of a small hotel!
Very bright and very clean room. Everything looked brand new. Kitchenette was fully equipped even with dishwasher. There were also a free laundry machines and a gym in the basement. Excellent location. I will be back.
