The hotel seemed very overcrowded, people sat and waited to enter or depart hotel everywhere with suitcases. The girl on reception was not friendly or welcoming. I came to check in around 2 hours before check in time to let them know I was here to wait, they have a pool so assuming we would be able to use facilities. The girl told me, it’s not time yet, come back when it’s check in! She did not tell me that we were welcome to wait or sit or use facilities until I said I would be waiting - we are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, 1 is a baby. No care or decent customer service. The pool area was extremely crowded and busy, no space, no chairs, kids running and jumping over our heads into water with no supervision. People smoking inside pool area (strong smelling) It was possible many people were not guests at the hotel as you can just walk in from the street. The toilets around pool dirty, not checked or maintained and no toilet paper, soap etc. Would not recommend or stay.

Great place, clean and tidy, worth to stay for disneyland visit. Have small kitchen for simple cooking, but charge €2 for cleaning items which should be free. Room cleaning service needed to charge €150, which is not reasonable for few days stay. Close to outlet and shopping mall many nice food nearby.

Check in was at 4pm, we got there at 4:10 and the room wasn’t ready, we were told to wait a couple of hours! No sorry or any Offer of somewhere to rest after a 7 hour drive, they have air con in the room that doesn’t work so they replaced it with a fan, they threaten you with charges if you don’t empty your bins, while checking on they take a 150 euro deposit of your card in case of any extra cleaning they have to do when you leave and tell you it will be back on your card in 7 days and if it’s not, to ring the hotel. We was on the way back from Switzerland and just stopping at Disney for one day, I feel sorry for family’s that spend a long day at Disney and have to come back to that!

I booked this just for a stop over before we started our 2 night 3 day Disney experience the next day. It was 10 mins from Disney so was perfect to get up and enjoy the magic hours on day one. After driving the 3 hours down from Calais, this hotel was perfect with a pool & cooking facilities for the kids (making our first night dinner cheap and a place for the kids to move!) it was everything we needed to be honest. I’ve read some really bad reviews of this hotel, it served us a great purpose and haven’t experienced. Staff were friendly, we got our ‘holding deposit’ back the same day we left. The pool was due to close earlier on the day we arrived (7:30pm instead of 10pm) however this didn’t bother us, the pool was average, we did not use any changing rooms/public toilets. Our room was lovely, quiet and a good size for a family of 4. I thought it was a very decent price for what you got & to be so close to Disney. I will be returning in the future.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. We checked in and checked straight back out. I would not let my dogs stay here let alone humans. Dirty stained walls and floors. Bathroom disgusting with broken tiles and mould. Bugs on the sofa bed. Not even a 1star hotel let alone a 3 star!

Disappointed and embarrassed I reccomended
On the 16th My partner and I booked a double bed room and emailed ahead to confirm that it was a double bed, when we arrived we were checked into a twin room. We requested another room with a double bed and let them know straight away that there was a mistake but were advised by reception that because of Bastille Day and Disney(where one of us works) they were very busy and that this would not be possible. We were advised to come back the next morning and that we would be able to transfer. We spoke to reception At 11am on the 17th but were told by reception that they could not transfer today and to come back tomorrow 18th July. The transfer went ahead on the 18th but this did mean we couldnt unpack our suitcases for 2 days. The water in all rooms was also off for 8 hours on the 18th July, the communication around this was poor, to add that the temperature on the day was 33 degrees.

This was the perfect find for our stay in Paris. We were 15 mins from Disney Land which was ideal. We arrived earlier than planned and asked to drop our bags off and luckily our room was ready early so we got to check in and settle sooner than planned. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious and well laid out giving us everything we needed. The surrounding area offered a fantastic bakery and places to eat. The town centre was also walkable and nice to explore. The pool was great and easy to locate within the premises. We had breakfast one of the mornings and it was a nice range of pastries, meats, cheese and cereal. Parking is hit or miss but there are places to park on the street near by if you can’t get a space in the car park. The only small downfall is that it’s been a week and my initial deposit hasn’t refunded from when we checked in. Other than this it was a really great find and we would recommend.

Location of the Property is its USP. It was just 20 mins to Disney via public transport and 20 mins walk to Lidil for grocery shopping (in case required). We had a peaceful stay during our visit.

Cheap and cheerful base for Disneyland
The hotel has clearly been recently renovated as there is still odd work going on around the hotel. This caused minimal disruption during our stay though. There is ample space in rooms and beds are comfortable after a long day at Disneyland park. If you are looking to save some money on your Disney visit this is a good option.
