The room that we have received was ran down, with chipped and de-colored furniture, an old an screeching mattress, wrinkled bedding, a bathroom door which was as well screeching and was difficult to close. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years - this was by far the worst room that we have stayed in. There was a very strong smell of sewer in the lobby area - they told us it was from the kitchen- but no one bother to fix it for the two nights that we stayed there. The staff is friendly and are trying to make us feel good but the fundamentals of decent hospitality are missing. Bad experience

My husband and I stayed at the Archer for a weekend getaway and it was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the staff very responsive. The surrounding area has great shopping and outdoor experiences. Great location!!

The property was beautiful, but it did have a sewage smell near the gym. I also couldn't find ice on the fourth floor. Overall, very good. I will definitely come back.
