we had to wait 45 minutes for our room. We were going to a wedding. Other people were checking in before us as we were waiting. Nothing was offered to us for our inconvienence
I had an excellent experience at Home 2. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, which is truly appreciated upon arrival. Additionally, the services offered are of high quality, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room is perfectly conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay.
We felt very good at hotel during our stay. Being with the family, I like the ste up of Smal kitchen. Their breakfast was awesome. Cleanliness inside and out of the room was of top notch.

The receptionist was not welcoming. I didn’t like my there . When we arrived at reception , it was full of bad smell. They parked the garbage trolley near the ice dispenser. The area near the ice dispensor was stinking. They closed the swiming pool even though hotel didn’t update any information about the closer of its swimming pool on website. My kids were very excited for swimming pool. I stayed in this hotel
With my brother’s family. Right after the checkin the room , My brother found his sofa queen bed wet . We asked for the reception to change the room as sofa queen bed was wet and the queen bed was not in the condition to sleep on it . They refused to change the room right away. My brother and his family compromised all night and they were 5 people 2 adults and 3 big kids were slept on one bed . It’s not worth to stay in this hotel , management of the hotel is not accomodating.
Asked to arrange 3 rooms next to each other 3 days ago, but at the end of course didn't.
Didn't check the conditioner is filled before it is ready to customer.
My family and I enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the communication between Hotels.com and the facility. I requested a room with 2 queen beds, but ended up getting a king bed. But we were able to make it work.
The hotel itself was nice. But we asked for towels Friday at 10 am repeatedly through our the day and when we checked out Sunday we still had no towels. Everytime I called or went to front desk they kept saying we haven't forgotten yet no towels. Also tv went out Friday night and all they could say was Verizon is working on it. I feel compensation should have been offered. All I got was mgr will call you because when asked to speak to mgr I was told no mgr would be in till Monday. Well it's 310 and no mgr has called yet. Also girl at front desk was face timing someone and a whole bunch of cussing was going on which I did not appreciate.
