Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice. The only thing I didn't really like was that they charged you to park at the hotel even though you are a guest and it was also a 3rd party company that handled the parking fees.

Tv wasn’t working, the tv in the bedroom was not working as well. The room was not worth 140 dollars for the night. I had to check out early because of this inconvenience and did not stay the night

NOT GIVING HOME VIBES AT ALL
I was on a breiement trip of part to of the death of my grandmother and not o ly fif they deny me the doscount but lack empathy to say my condolences as well as thought I would had saw the sign about parking that I had no idea about due to grief and fatigue. Im told a lie that they cant double discounts and I have had a refund posted to my credit card bybthe hotel due to issues more then once booking with hotels .com. As well as charging $5 of the $15 for parking too. I wont be ever returning to that location nor that arra of my home 😕 toen state.
