No one got back to us. We didn't even stay there and sent a message their this platform and one got back to us. The pics look nothing the reality. It's smelly it's muggy and disgusting

Floors were dirty. Shower was leaking water. Curtains were stained. Furniture was stained. Sheets had stains and hair on it. Had a smell to the room. Bathroom wasnt that clean. Floors weren't swept and mopped. Breakfast was not good at all. Uce machines were broken

The photos were decieving. The room had a lamp that leaned with a torn lam shade. There was hair on the toilet seat upon arrival. There was only one wash cloth for two people. Hallway carpets and walls dirty!!!

Reading the reviews I was really worried about the hotel. But may be because of my worse expectations, the stay was pretty good. It was worth the money. There is some renovation going on, so some temporary arrangements are made. Other than that the stay was okay.

Checking in went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly however, once we got to our room, we did not feel safe. The door locks were busted and We’re not properly screwed in or intact so you could not shut the door properly upon further investigation. The window locks were also broken and the windows would not lock properly. We were on a first floor as soon as we open the door we had an infant so we went to the front desk To ask for another room that locked properly and when it smell like someone was smoking next-door. The gentleman gave us a room that was across the hall one door over. When we were returned to the hall, it still smelled like smoke again because it was right next to the same room we were just at, but these locks were also busted and not screwed in properly. The doors were not able to shut and lock like they should at all. They even looked like they had been broken into them before. Something felt super off with this place. We did not feel safe at all. We hightailed it out of there. We spent 20 minutes on the property total. I would not recommend this at all to anybody traveling, especially Women or children.

The hotel was under construction and it wasn’t a pleasing sight. I didn’t feel safe, and ended up leaving two hours later. The bathroom tub as filthy(stained) and the room was barely up to par. The pictures don’t match what you will see or get from the establishment. I would not recommend.

Nothing worked properly no ice machine couldn’t even get clean towels. The refrigerator wasn’t working and we weren’t notified before we got the room already. There was no soaps in the bathroom and the front desk was not helpful someone was always on their phone and or not being attentive to when we had questions and concerns.

It's in like anything about this property and I did not stay there I called to try to get a refund and I was and I was told that I cannot get a refund I did not stay at the property at all horrible people outside smoking marijuana in front of the building garbage in front of the building very disappointed ☹️

Wish I read the reviews more closely. This place was pretty awful. It's currently under renovation, but the place was filthy. The bathtub was so gross that my kids refused to shower. The only decent thing was breakfast.

The lobby is currently being renovated, so the front desk was in a very cramped hallway. Also, the layout of the huge hotel is cavernous. It was a long walk to my room. Also the ice machine was broken. Totally not worth what I paid.
