Hello, thank you for your feedback. We'd love to assist you to fix all the issues if you would let us know when you were here. However, we'd love to fix the issue still and we're unable to track your booking ID because you post as anonymous. Acqua Condominium offers its guests 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a fitness centre, and a children's pool. A 24-hour business centre and meeting rooms are available. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and an area shuttle are available for a fee. A rooftop terrace, a library, and an arcade/games room are also featured at the family-friendly Acqua Condominium. Free self parking is available.

This holiday home offers 309 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Rooms open to furnished balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes desks. Kitchens offer full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas.
