Thos is the 2nd time i have stayed here and i would definitely recommend to other. Rooms are huge and very clean, as is the whole hotel. There is some work going on poolside of the hotel on adjacent land. This is major building work, but it did not impact on me during my stay. Mainly because i simply ignored it. Just be aware if this. Did not use restaurant, so cant comment on food. I would definitely stay here agai

August Suites is still my favourite Hotel in Pattaya based on price, location and facilities. My only concern is during my 3 stays this year there seem to have an invasion of ants.

great place to stay central for ebery thing,just needs more sunbeds on sun deck

The rooms are a good size,and always clean.There is always somebody cleaning in the hotel.The only downside is that the hotel need to order some more sun beds,some were broken. The hotel has a lovely sun deck,and could put 20 sun beds on there.For a hotel with 100 rooms having only 15 sun beds is a joke. The hotel is very central,and you can easily reach the nightlife by walking or by Bahtbus.

great place to stay very central for everything .the only fault and it is minor there could be a couple more sun loungers on the 3rd level sun deck

Very sad and cheating "customer service"

Cons: Pool area is always full. And only few swimming pool chairs.
The receptionist showed a towel with a burned hole in it. I said it is not our towel. And it is a mistake and a wrong room number. We don't smoke and we still have two small towels in our room. And that receptionist showed a towel many times instead of checking that there's two small towels in our room. That was some kind of trying to cheat. Very sad "customer service"... Never come back to that hotel... Pool area is always full. And only few swimming pool chairs.
