First four days were awesome. I went and checked in for some another four days I talked to the front desk. They told me that I was going to the 27th floor that was one of my conditions of booking and when it was time to move, I was put in the 25th floor And I tried to explain to the people, but they had no care or didn’t seem to care so I talked to the manager, and that was even worse never offered me anything not that I wanted anything, but I asked them I came here a couple days ago you assured me you had that room on the 27th floor and now it’s time to move and now I’m going down three floors anyways very unprofessional Ray

Conveniently located in central Pattaya . This beautiful hotel offers breathtaking sea view, delicious breakfast, super friendly & attentive staff. Additionally, Hotel Pattaya’s facilities are top notch and deserves all accolades of a five star hotel. Many thanks to Nok and Jackie, the two attendants at the Edge restaurant. We are grateful for their service, especially the signed thank you card they handed us on our last day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

What a beautiful hotel- our room had a beautiful view and the bed was cozy. The bars, restaurants and general areas are so pretty. Breakfast was amazing with a view on the patio and many food options. Love it!
