Handy to town and beach but in quiet area. If I had a moan the shower water was too hot

A very modern and attractive hotel – great value.

Pros: New, attractive, with good facilities and affordable
Cons: Breakfast was relatively expensive at £5+ so I went elsewhere. They ignore emails. A power cut. No tea/coffee.
Location: The Hotel is located a bit off the beaten track – about a 13 minute walk from Beach road. There are plenty of eating places nearby.

Details The Hotel is located a bit off the beaten track – about a 13 minute walk from Beach road. There are plenty of eating places nearby. I stayed for 4 nights in October 2017. The cost for the double room with a king sized bed excluding breakfast was £75. My 3rd floor room had a King bed, a safe, an area for clothes and a good sized TV with a range of English speaking channels. The décor was very clean and attractive. There was a desk plus a modern shower room with hand basin, loo and toiletries. Cups and a kettle was provided by no coffee/tea to use with it. There was, however a fridge. The free Wi-Fi was good and free working well on all of my devices. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There were heavy quality curtains to keep the morning sun out. The air con worked well and did have a remote. There was onsite parking for my hired car. The was an annoying power cut which lasted a while – it was back on when I returned after an evening meal. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The lady on the afternoon and early evening shift was exceptionally so and a credit to the Hotel. Overall I would recommend it for a stay awarding it 8 out of 10. PS I thought I had left something in the safe and emailed them 4

Very happy

Just a five minutes walk to where it all happens very friendly staff. Can see the sea from front facing room but need good eye sight... overall a good clean hotel with pool

Great Hotel ...

Pros: Everything
This hotel will be my first choice for any future visits to pattaya. .Everything was first class,great staff..great room..very happy with my stay ...The pool is not very big ..but is still pretty good & the gym was excellent. ..Some people may say ....its a little out of the way ...But I disagree, its less than 140 meters to the baht bus route ,on 2nd road....highly recommend. Also just to add its very guest friendly. ..
